Shipping Policy

At TechShed, we are committed to delivering your tech essentials as quickly and efficiently as possible. All orders undergo a processing period of 1 to 3 days, though please note that shipments and deliveries do not take place on weekends or holidays. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can monitor your package.

Regarding shipping and delivery, costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process. For items stocked within the United States, the estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 days. For international stock shipped directly from the manufacturer, the estimate is 10 to 15 days. Please be aware that delivery times may occasionally be extended due to customs procedures or carrier-related delays.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To keep our prices low and our processes efficient, we operate a No-Return-Necessary Refund Policy.

1. 30-Day Guarantee You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a replacement if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement Since we do not require you to physically return the product, the process is simple. To be eligible for a refund or a reshipment, you must provide the following evidence:

Clear photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.

A photo of the original packaging.

A clear photo of the shipping label attached to the package.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Once the evidence is verified, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Exceptions Refunds are only applicable to items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description. We cannot offer refunds for "change of mind" once the order has been processed and shipped.
